What data I collect and why
Through the contact form I receive your name, your email address and the message you write. I use them only to answer your request and, if we reach an agreement, to prepare the proposal. I do not sell them, share them with third parties or use them for advertising.
How it is handled
The message is delivered to my inbox and is not stored in any database on this site. To prevent spam, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the sender is a person without using advertising tracking cookies. The site uses cookieless analytics and does not collect personal data from people who only visit it.
Your rights
Under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012, you can access, update and correct your data, request proof of your consent, withdraw it, ask for your data to be deleted and file complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC). To exercise any of these rights, write to juanpablocespedesj@gmail.com. I answer inquiries within 10 business days and complaints within 15 business days.
Retention
I keep contact emails for as long as they are needed to handle your request or any relationship that results from it. You can ask for them to be deleted at any time.
